Brian Maxwell CPA, CA
Brian has over 25 years of accounting and tax experience in public practice and industry. Obtaining his designation at KPMG Chartered Accountants, he worked as an advisor to public and private clients specializing in real estate development, entertainment, software development and natural resources. He has also managed his own accounting firm providing accounting and tax services to individuals and owner managed businesses. His public accounting experience is complemented with over 15 years of industry experience as Controller, VP Finance and Chief Financial Officer for Canada’s leading ticket sales and concert promotion’s company.
Brian leads our assurance practice for our corporate clients that require audit or review engagements. His experience in both industry and public accounting allows him to efficiently handle audit and non-audit corporate client needs across a wide variety of industries as well as provide guidance for personal tax planning.
Brian keeps current with professional development programs through CPA Ontario and AJAG Seminars. He is active in the community coaching hockey and has served on the boards of several non-profit organizations.
